Intulon duplicator result screens


Note: This article applies to firmware 2.41 and above.


After every operation on the duplicator, a result screen like the one below is shown.



Each number represents a target USB port.

The letter under each number is the result of the last operation.

The table below elaborates on what each letter stands for with respect to the last operation.

CLONE

P : Pass/success

F : Fail

- : No operation was performed on this port

SMART CLONE

P : Pass/success

F : Fail

- : No operation was performed on this port

FORMAT

P : Pass/success

F : Fail

- : No operation was performed on this port

SECURE WIPE

P : Pass/success

F : Fail

- : No operation was performed on this port

COMPARE

P : Pass/success

F : Fail

- : No operation was performed on this port

DRIVE CHECK

P : Pass/success - drive is genuine

F : Drive is not genuine

D : Drive is damaged

- : No operation was performed on this port


If a disk drive was present in a port and yet no operation was performed, it means the duplicator did not detect the drive before the operation was started. If the card reader or flash drive occupying the port has a status LED, ensure that it indicates a ready state before starting an operation.
